Introduction to gas path principle

Principle 1

1. The power of the air compressor is taken out from the gearbox, and the air compressor starts to compress air;

2. After the air is compressed by the air compressor, it enters the air chamber through the check valve and the intake pipe, and enters the loading bin through the fluidized bed; when the air velocity reaches a certain value, the cement in the tank

Start fluidizing. When the pressure reaches 0.18MPa, open the discharge disc valve, and the fluidized cement material will be discharged through the discharge pipeline under the action of the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the tank.

3. The pressure inside the tank can be displayed by the pressure gauge (10).

4. When the pressure is greater than 0.22 MPa, the safety valve will automatically open to keep the pressure in the chamber lower than 0.22 MPa.

Principle two

1. The compressed air is connected from the external air source interface, enters the air chamber through the check valve and the intake pipeline, and enters the loading bin through the fluidized bed; when the airflow speed reaches a certain value,

The cement in the tank begins to fluidize. When the pressure reaches 0.18MPa, open the discharge disc valve, and the fluidized cement material will be discharged through the discharge pipeline under the action of the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the tank.

2. The pressure can be displayed by the pressure gauge (10).

3. When the pressure is greater than 0.22 MP, the safety valve will automatically open to keep the pressure in the chamber lower than 0.22 MP.
