3. When performing the third step of the unloading operation, if the air compressor makes abnormal noise, step on the clutch pedal, turn off the engine, and turn off the power take-off solenoid valve switch.
Do not work until the fault is rectified;
4. When performing the sixth step of the unloading operation, special attention should be paid to the change of the pressure gauge, and the operator cannot leave the site to avoid the occurrence of excessive pressure;
5. Keep the tank dry daily to avoid powder agglomeration;
6. When repairing the car, prevent the parts from falling and knocking, so as to prevent the parts from being damaged, deformed, bumped, scratched, etc., and the parts must be cleaned when they are reinstalled;
7. When the air compressor is working, people should avoid standing on the side of the air compressor;
8. When speeding up, don't overpower the gas pedal, but use even force.
9. The distance between the suction port and the bottom can be adjusted, generally 30-50mm.
10. Remember not to use the external air source port to exhaust.
11. When the air compressor is stopped due to other reasons during the process of building up the air compressor, the air inlet valves of the front and rear compartments should be closed, and then the external air source should be opened;
After a while, turn off the external air source and open the air intake valves of the front and rear compartments.
12. Special attention: after unloading for the first time, be sure to check the bolts and U-shaped bolts of the fulcrum, and tighten each bolt;
In the future, each bolt should be checked regularly, and if it is found to be loose, it should be tightened.
