Pay attention to all aspects of trailer and semi trailer connection. The connection between the tractor and the traction pin, as well as the connection between the circuit and the air pipe, are the main components to be connected.
Connection between traction seat and traction pin
Before connecting, carefully check the surface of the tractor board for sufficient grease, check the traction pin and traction slide of the semi-trailer for other impurities, and ensure that the traction slide is clean.
1. Adjust the landing gear to match the height of the traction slider and traction pin. Generally speaking, the height of the semi-trailer traction sliding plate is 1-3 cm lower than the center position of the upper plane of the traction pin. Be careful not to be too high, otherwise they will not connect and sometimes damage the tractor, traction pin, and related components
2. Operate the traction seat locking mechanism to open the lock and place it in a free state.
When reversing the tractor, keep the centerline of the tractor and the semi-trailer on the same line, and the centerline offset of the truck and trailer should be less than 40mm. Slowly place the towing pin on the backrest of the truck's towing seat. When you hear a click, it indicates that the trailer has successfully connected to the truck.
