Maintenance Techniques for Concrete Mixers
Before starting the mixer truck, the operating handle of the mixer drum should be placed in the "stop" position.
2. After the mixer truck starts the engine, the mixing drum should rotate at low speed for about 10 minutes, and the hydraulic oil temperature should rise to above 20 ° C before it can work.
3. When the mixer truck is parked in the open air, the mixing drum should be reversed before loading to discharge accumulated water and debris to ensure the quality of the concrete.
4. When transporting concrete, the mixer truck must ensure that the sliding bucket is firmly placed to prevent it from swinging due to looseness, causing harm to pedestrians or affecting the normal operation of other vehicles.
When transporting mixed concrete with a mixer truck, the speed of the mixing drum is 210 rpm. During transportation, the speed of the mixing drum on a flat road is guaranteed to be 2-3 revolutions per minute. When driving on roads with a side slope greater than 50, when the road surface shakes left and right, mixing and rotation should be stopped. After the road conditions improve, mixing and rotation should be resumed.
After the completion of the cement mixer truck work, the inside of the mixing drum and the vehicle body should be cleaned, and the remaining concrete should not be left in the drum.
7. When the water pump is working, the cement mixer truck is prohibited from idling and should not be used continuously for more than 15 minutes.
